Submission of Abstracts and Photos
For the conference program, presenters are asked to submit their presentation title, abstract, and a headshot using the form for their presentation category.
Presentation Length
- Invited lecture: 30 minutes, including Q&A
- Short talk: 15 minutes, including Q&A
For invited lectures, we also plan to provide time during breaks for direct questions and discussion with speakers.
Photo Submission (Non-presenters)
If you will not be presenting, please submit a headshot using the form below.
Photos will be included in the conference program to help participants get to know one another and foster research exchange. We would appreciate submission whenever possible. If you do not wish your photo to be included, please let us know; the photo field will be left blank. The program will be distributed only to conference participants and will not be used for any other purpose.
We expect to accommodate participants' preferred presentation formats whenever possible. Presentation categories, including invited lectures, short talks, and posters, will be communicated individually to the relevant participants at a later date.
